Five Minute Angels Training Day
The Five Minute Angels training day is for massage therapists who already posses an Indian Head Massage qualification and are interested in working as a Five Minute Angel in corporate offices and events throughout the UK.
The Aura™ Massage routine is a simple yet highly effective form of therapy which has been specifically designed for offices and events. In order to work as a Five Minute Angel therapist you will need to complete a training day to learn the Aura™ Massage routine. The training is essential for all new practitioners as it provides consistency amongst our people and for our clients.
The day itself is mainly practical and you will learn the 5, 10 & 15 minute Aura™ Massage routines. You will also be provided with the information of the movements taught.

What does working as an Angel involve?
As a Five Minute Angel you will be fully trained and qualified in a series of 5, 10 & 15 minute Indian Head massages.
Our Angels then work in pre-approved locations such as in corporate offices, exhibitions & events delivering these massages. Reliability, a friendly outgoing personality and a commitment to customer service are essential.
Where do Five Minute Angels work?
You will work in venues that have been pre-approved for your city. These are typically in a central location, however we are rapidly increasing the amount of corporate work we have and it is important that you are able to get to and from your place of work.
What happens on the training course?
Our Indian Head Massage (IHM) training courses are great fun and teach you several 5, 10 and 15 minute massage techniques which can be applied to the scalp, neck and shoulders, upper back, hands and face. The day is mostly practical and you will be required to complete some anatomy and physiology in your own time after the course. The training also covers how to approach people to offer our unique service.
Is there a uniform?
Our Angels wear a branded black T-shirt and their own black trousers and comfortable black shoes.
Am I guaranteed to be offered work if I do the training day?
No, there isn’t a guarantee that you will be offered work. We select people who are outgoing and are able to represent the Five Minute Angels brand in the most positive way. If the quality of the massage does not meet the required standards on the day of training you may attend another training course free of charge. Practice is the key to delivering an exceptional massage and most people have the ability to pass the course.
How much does the training course cost?
Booking onto one of these courses is simple and easy. We take payments for courses by credit or debit card online or alternatively you can pay over the phone or by cheque.
Five Minute Angels training days are run across the UK and cost £50.00 which includes a full comprehensive manual covering the course material and all aspects you have learnt on the day.
A deposit of £25.00 is required in order to confirm your place. The deposit can be paid online or over the phone then the balance payment must be paid at least 14 days before the date of the training day.
