1. Interpretation
In these Terms and Conditions (Terms), the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings:
You/Your means the individual or company who purchases and/or receives the Services from Us:
Us/We/Our means Five Minute Angels Ltd company number: 06244721 whose registered office is at Mansfield i-Centre, Oakham Business Park, Hamilton Way, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, NG18 5BR;
Agreement means the Agreement between You and Us which shall be deemed to incorporate these Terms and the terms on any individual Order;
Services means the Services, including any goods and materials, detailed in the quotation to be supplied by Us to You;
Order means the quotation and Terms provided by Us describing the Services requested by You and accepted by Us and detailing the price to be paid and timescales for delivery of the Services.
2. The Agreement
The Agreement shall be on these Terms, incorporating the terms on any individual Order You may receive, to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions. If any conflict arises between these Terms and any terms of the Order the terms of the Order shall prevail.
The Agreement will commence when You place Your Order and shall terminate upon delivery of the Services or as otherwise detailed in Your Order.
3. The Service
We will provide professional corporate massage services at Your premises or event, which may include, without limit: Indian head massage, scalp, neck and shoulder massage, facial and hand massage on dates and at locations as will be more specifically defined and confirmed within Your Order.
Minimum Booking Times:

2 hours minimum per visit

5 hour minimum per booking for a corporate or office massages

2 hour minimum per visit and 2 hour minimum per booking for events.
4. Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- All payments must be made no later than 7 days prior to the event date.
- Ensuring We have access to Your premises and suitable space and facilities in which We can deliver the Services, including, without limit, providing access to toilets and refreshments.
- Ensuring the heath and safety of Our staff whilst at Your premises, including ensuring they take sufficient breaks.
- To use Your best efforts to be available within the timescales detailed on Your Order.
We are responsible for:
- Providing suitably trained and insured staff.
- Delivering the Services with all reasonable skill and care.
5. Extensions and Delays
If You wish to extend the time You have booked We will endeavour to fulfill Your request, subject to the availability of Our representatives. You can do so directly with Our representative on site up to a maximum of 50% of Your original booking time. If You wish to extend Your booking in excess of this amount You can do so by contacting Our office on the number detailed in Your Order.
If You are delayed and We are unable to commence delivery of the Services at the allotted time, subject to the availability of Our representatives, We will endeavour to ensure You are still able to receive Your full booking time. Where the delay is excessive We reserve the right to levy an additional charge based on the rates detailed in Your Order. Five Minute Angels hourly rate, as quoted on the booking form, is for up to 10 people to being massaged per Angel hour worked. Angels will make every effort to massage the numbers of staff quoted in the required time period and where possible, any additional people on the day.
However Five Minute Angels cannot be held responsible for fewer massages completed due to the recipients not being ready or Angels having to travel between offices/floors/buildings etc.
6. Price and Payment
Payment is requested on Confirmation of booking and is required to complete a booking.
Payment is required by confirmation date, ie 7 days before doing the work.
Jobs are not released into the system or guaranteed until payment is confirmed.
Jobs must be paid at least 7 days prior to the booking, or they will be cancelled.
Failure to comply with ALL terms and conditions, such as late payment, will invalidate the 110% satisfaction guarantee.
The price for the Service(s) will be set out in the Order. VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate.
If alternative payment arrangements are agreed these will be detailed on Your Order.
Payment can be made by cash, cheque, direct bank transfer or by debit or credit card. Where payment is made by cheque the cheque should be made payable to Five Minute Angels Ltd. Bank details for direct bank transfers can be made available on request.
If payment is in arrears late payment charges will be levied on a daily basis at 8% above the then current Bank of England base lending rate.
7. Limitation of Liability
Neither party shall have any liability for any indirect or consequential losses or expenses, including but not limited to loss of or damage to anticipated profits, contracts, reputation, goodwill, labour costs or losses or expenses arising from 3rd party claims. Notwithstanding the above clause and save in the case of death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Ourselves, for which Our liability shall be unlimited, Our liability under this Agreement shall be limited to £1000 or the price paid by You for the Services, whichever is the lesser.
8. Change to Your Booking
Changes to the booking time, date or event location for an Order You have placed are subject to therapist availability and must be advised at least 24 hours in advance. All requests must be received and agreed in writing by Us and the following charges will apply:
The date on which the letter, fax or email is received by Us will be deemed as the date the request has been made.
9. Cancellation
If You have to cancel an Order You have placed the following terms apply:
- If You are able to give more than 7 days notice of Your cancellation You will receive a full refund of any monies paid.
- If You give Us between 48 hours and 7 days notice of Your cancellation You will be liable to Us to pay for 25% of the Order value to cover Our administrative and other costs but You will not be liable to make any further payments.
- If You give less than 48 hours notice of Your cancellation You will be liable to Us to pay for Your full Order value or if full payment has been received You may transfer Your booking to another date subject to therapist availability.
Any booking transfer will be treated as a new booking and is subject to the above terms.
All cancellation requests must be received and agreed in writing by Us.
The date on which the letter, fax or email is received by Us will be deemed as the date the request has been made.
10. Force Majeure
If either party is subject to an event of Force Majeure, that is circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to war, fire or other act of god, industrial disputes or civil commotion, it shall notify the other and the first party obligations under these Terms shall be suspended until it notifies the other party of the end of such event of Force Majeure.
11. General
If any part of these Terms is found to be void or unenforceable by any Court of competent jurisdiction, such part shall be severed from these Terms which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
You may not vary this agreement unless it is specifically agreed in writing and signed by Us. We may vary this agreement by notifying You in writing of the proposed variation, such variation will be deemed accepted if We do not receive a response from You within 15 days.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to English Law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
